In the summer of 2025, Viiru and Pesonen will once again take to the stage of the Puotila Summer Theatre. This time, the pair are frantically pondering how to chase away a fox that has been stealing from the chicken coop. The premiere of the play based on Sven Nordqvist's beloved book is on 14 June. Viiru and Pesonen's neighbor Kosonen tells them that there is a fox in the area that has been stealing from the chicken coop. Angry, Kosonen wants to shoot the fox with his gun, but Pesonen and Viiru start developing a peaceful alternative to tracking the fox. They come up with a scare trap that involves a decoy, a haunting, and a big bang of fireworks. Will the pair succeed in their attempt and will the fox leave the chickens alone?

The summer 2025 family play will feature Viiru and Pesonen on a fox hunt.
Sven Nordqvist's beloved pair of horses are this time on a fox hunt. The play's premiere is on June 14th and performances continue throughout the summer. As usual, Samu Loijas is responsible for the dramatization and direction. The roles are played by Anna Ranta and Juha Koistinen.

The already established tradition of Stand Up evenings at the Summer Theatre will start again in June! Laughter-inducing evenings with diverse and funny comedians. The covered auditorium and the alcohol rights on the lush outdoor stage will leave a unique experience for a long time.
